Parents concerns about future reproduction shape their reactions to a child's sexual orientation.
Saw this article in another subreddit and thought the Natalism crowd would find it interesting. My focus is more on the psychology of parents wanting grandchildren than LGBT specifically.
My initial thought is that having more children is it's own hedge against having children who don't reproduce (for any reason - child free, infertility, LGBT that doesn't use a surrogate, etc)
One kid doesn't want to have kids? No worries their siblings probably will still have kids.
