What do I do?

Just got this second hand nendo, his neck/body is very loose and the neck joint + head will fall of his body, the bird, stiff to put the wings into, but also the wings can easily fall out. The bird falls off the stand joint ball thing easily. Is this normal, or can I fix it? How do I fix it?
