Suggestions for what to do after +2

I've recently finished my +2 exams in science (biology group with physics chemistry and mathematics) and I'm interested in IT field . I was thinking of studying Bsc CSIT in college . But is it allowed for me as a bio student with no prior experience with computers, to study the mentioned course ?

Also if i am allowed , what should my next course of action be ? Do i prepare for entrance exam ? And recommend me some colleges in kathmandu . Pls help .
