How do I prepare for a ABC trek?
My last trek was Gosaikunda back in 2019 and I am not as active as I was in 2019.
But I miss the mountains. It's been so long.
I am from KTM. So is flight a good option? (I don't feel safe with flights anymore tho)
Should I take the bus?
Is there any home training that you guys would recommend I do to prevent injuries.
I was thining of starting to weighted runs.
I want to be able to complete the trek with no issue and complete in average time of 5 - 6 day.
What's a good time to go for the trek?
Is Novemeber to December a good time?
I am by myself at the moment. How do I find trekking partners?
I noticed there were some facebook groups to find people to go with.
And say I want a porter to help with the bag.
How do I find them?
How much should I compensate him for it? I want to pay him nicely.
What are the good hotels to book? Any hotels that you guys stayed in would be perfect.
