I didn't buy an extended warranty and just went with factory warranty. Can I buy it after the fact?

Has anyone bought a warranty as their factory warranty expired or before that? I have a 2023 with a little over 3 years to go, however this is always on the back of my mind. I'm paranoid with maintenance and even change my own oil every 3000 to 5000 miles lol. Just wondering if anyone recommends buying a 3rd party or extended warranty or if I even van after buying the car.
