Baby Brezza descaler used in sterilizer by accident

hi i accidentally used the descaler incorrectly. i added solution with water and ran the sterilizer rather than letting it sit 30 min then rinsing out. i am worried because I then used it twice after descaling incorrectly , to sterilize bottles and there was a weird chemical order. could this have impacted the bottles and the baby? i am worried if any of the ingredients in the chemical or acid can cause cancer?
