Dealing with Severe Diaper Rash and Frequent Smears in 2-Month-Old Baby

I’m a new parent seeking advice and support regarding a challenging situation with my 2-month-old baby. Recently, my little one has developed a severe diaper rash, and despite our efforts to address it with a proper cleaning routine involving warm water, drying, and applying creams, we're facing a significant hurdle: the frequency of smears.

Our baby is pooping every 30 minutes, which makes it incredibly challenging to keep up with the cleaning routine. It's becoming exhausting and overwhelming for us as parents and for him as well as the routine disturbs his sleep.

I'm reaching out to fellow parents and caregivers who may have faced similar situations. What strategies or tips did you use to reduce the frequency of smears and manage the diaper rash effectively?
