Urgent help needed - why is my baby crying so hysterically?

My baby is 14 weeks old , EBF , it’s been about two weeks every day usually at 9/10 would start crying nonstop for 40/60 mins, would only cry less if I hold her and walk around the house , she would refuse feeding or if I try to put her to sleep. At the beginning of those two weeks I thought she may have colic / may be hungry / may be sleepy . But she could have just woken up / just changed diaper / just fed her - and she would still have this non stop cry. I feel like I’m a horrible mom for not being able to console her What should I do ?????
