Medical Alert Bracelet for ankylosing spondylitis?

I dug up old posts on the ems sub but couldn't find this, specifically for AS, there are some horror stories I've seen where people are are laid down or intubated, resulting in paralysis, or even when strapped down on a board.

On AS subs people have said they wear a bracelet that says something like :

Ankylosing Spondylitis - Brittle/ossified Spine Disease - Support Head when supine - Use flexible materials for intubation

I think this may be a good idea considering I cannot lay flat, and it wouldn't be obvious when looking at me since I'm in my 30s.

What do you think? This was flagged and removed on the ems sub as a newbie question so asking here.
