Using ai voice instead of mine

Hope You're all having good views, I'm having an issue, it's about my voice, in my way to create my first video(simplified medical content since I'm med student), I wrote a script and I'm happy with it but my English pronunciation is catastrophic so I decided to use ai voice generator it looked good but hell nah I'm having bad feelings, like it's not me. Let me know if you've been through same situation
