Converting MOV to MP4 Help

Hello, I am just starting out my channel and have an introductory video that I have recorded on my iPhone 14. I have managed to transfer the video over to my HP laptop and have tried to convert it from MOV to MP4 on there with moderate success. The video converts but becomes pink. This isn’t just a visual glitch because when I transfer it over to my editing software (Microsoft ClipChamp) it is still pink. Does anyone know why this happens and how to stop this? I have tried converting to other file formats but still have the same issue. TIA!
