After seeing a lot of peoples complaints, im scared.

I received a MXZ gaming PC, everytime I went to play a game, it crashed. I called and requested a return and refund. I could not put the shipping foam back in. I tried and tried, I did call and they said they’d refund without it. Did anyone else have this issue!? I didn’t want to keep trying bc the motherboard was right there and I didn’t want to break anything
