Is Palouse back?

I don't see the Palouse on Nick's website. Will it be available today or do I need to sign up by email? I didn't sign up for early access because I want to see what designs are possible before committing.

Not sure if I can pull off a cowboy boot here in Southern California. But the Palouse isn't ostentatious like some cowboy boot designs, so I'm strongly considering it.
