Is weed legal in Nigeria?

Nigerian celebrities smoke weed in Nigeria and post on instagram. I've seen someone literally smoking weed walking on the street of Benin. Not just celebrities, regular people smoke weed online and they are not scared at all. My question is, is it now legal?

Note: I think it should be legal. Alcohol is worse and so is cigarets but then, law is law
