Do you guys think that the Eternal Cauldron caused death of all humans on Earth? The game says that Solarians kidnapped people from Earth and caused ice age that lasted at least 500 years. 500 years is nothing compared to ice age that our ancestors had to live through. So I think there is a real possibility that some of those who were fortunate enough to not get kidnapped survived thorough the little ice age.
