Is the fire chapter really a Kai season?
I’ve seen a lot of people say that the fire chapter is a Kai focus season. But I just don’t agree? Sure he has his own side plot within it and he has his own development, but the main story within the chapter is about wu and his conflict with aspheera, not about Kai losing his powers and how he copes with that. His whole journey within the season doesn’t really have any purpose or weight until the ice chapter, where him not having his powers ACTUALLY has some plot relevance due to them being in a realm with no heat. so yes it is called the fire chapter but I’d honestly say it’s more of a Master Wu chapter if anything. If you have any thoughts on this please let me know!
