T-Mobile $10 plan vs ATT $20 tablet plan?

I currently have the $10 T-Mobile tablet plan. Everything is good on it except for the video capped at 480p but I heard att is uncapped and even allows for 4k. Anyone have any experience with the att tablet plan?
