Autophage quest help?

Okay Ive watched a bunch of videos, Ive completed all the main storyline stuff. I have Space Anomaly and Atlas Eternal in my quest log, Ive reset the universe and am now in Eissentam galaxy.

Still no quest spawn, the heads in the camps take a donation of materials and then nothing. Machine gives me dissonance spikes.

Anyone know what I am missing, any help appreciated.
