Do the pheromones sprays/ perfumes actually work?

So I am bombarded with the advertisement for a pheromones spray (for males). I always thought that they would make you smell pungent (tbh this information was derived from a scene in the movie anchorman) So what's the deal with the pheromone sprays/ perfumes? Do they work as advertised or is this another viral tiktok scam. Thanks in advance
