Cook or toss ground beef?
I'm starting to cook for myself more as a young adult. I left about half a pound of ground beef on the counter to thaw but a general shitty sleep schedule caused me to take a much longer nap than I wanted. I slept for about 7 hours. I ran to check the meat and it was thawed thoroughly, but still relatively cold.
I plan to cook the meat thoroughly for tacos or something. Do I toss it? Or go ahead and make something of it?
