Why do all of my posts keep getting removed?

Basically what the title says. Ive bee on reddit for years but basically exclusively lurk. Everytime i get up the courage to post, it gets auto removed and i cant figure out what im doing wrong. it happens in big and small subreddits and i dont even get notifications as to why
