Why do men's sports games have female cheerleaders, but women's sports games don't have male cheerleaders?

I was watching a men's college basketball game and noticed female cheerleaders at the game, waving their pom poms and dancing.

But when I watch women's sports games, I've never seen male cheerleaders. Why? It'd make logical sense for them to be there, right?
