Why do weather apps show different temperatures for the same location at the same time?

I noticed something interesting with the weather apps on my Samsung and iPhone. Both are set to the same location (Bishkek) and checked at the same time, but the reported temperatures differ quite a bit. The iPhone shows 14°F, while the Samsung app shows 19°F. I'm curious why this happens. Are the apps pulling data from different sources, or is there some other factor involved? Which one should I trust? Would love to he thoughts!
