Where is this signed insert from (?) 😔

Hi guys I’m looking into buying a Noah record with the signed insert off of someone, but when I search for this item on ebay this specific vinyl comes with the stick season (forever) album cover insert signed. And this signed insert they’re selling with the vinyl comes with the cd from what I’ve seen 😭 Can any experts tell me what’s happening please and thank you so much 🙏
