Is NSI 189 supposed to be bitter?

I got some tablets from Intellimeds which I do not trust.

I don't know if it's legit.

I take 20mg phosphate sublingually and it get very bitter when the tablet crumbles.

It's pretty disgusting first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, tbh.

Is it supposed to taste like this?

Also how is my dosage?
