Winter solstice Rituals and portals

Hi everybody! I'm from Sweden and have been on this "pagan" journey for many years, without calling it pagan. It's just been a natural calling when it comes to my way of living and connecting with nature and energies. But I haven't been praying regularly and I haven't practising specific rituals. But this is now on my radar. My first connection with the Gods was and still is Eir. And we have our "girltalks" regularly. But now I'm thinking about Winter solstice. Are you doing any specific rituals or ceremonies? Please share your tips and experiences! 🙏 And I also wonder about this energy portal a lot of people are talking/writing about. It's supposed to have it's peak during winter solstice. What are your thoughts about this?
