Document with 2 separate signatures, only one needs notarization?

Is this possible to get notarized? I have a document with 2 spaces for signing, one is the signature of a higher up in my company, and one is for me. The instructions state that I need a notarization for my signature, but the other line is already signed.

Will a notary allow this?
