Does this exist?

I'm looking to build a new pc (5090 + 9950x3d) come January if I can get parts and wanted to upgrade my monitor. I'm currently using a Samsung G7 240hz 1440p. Does a 4k Oled 144hz 40+ inch panel exist? I play alot of CS2 and fast FPS games. Although I don't want to lose 240hz the downgrade would be worth for the extra size and oled panel.
