Sometimes a short green line flashes

Sometimes a short green line flashes. It's not always the same position and sometimes it's shorter but it always happens right bottom. It happens irregular around maybe one or two times per minute.

I know it might be pretty unnoticeable to most people. I have to admit that I am pretty good at seeing such small details. However does anybody know what that is? Is there any chance to solve that "issue". What do you think about that?
