Pixel refresh Samsung G80SD

I see too many different opinions in this topic. Some people say you should do the pixel refresh after 600h, other people say every 3-4 hours, other people do it every night. I cannot find a definitive answer. On my Samsung G80SD I can only see 2 option. There is only one type of pixel refresh (30min long they say) and I can decide to do it automatically after turning the monitor off (it's stand by I guess) or manually right now. (Some people say there are different types of pixel refreshs but I cannot find them on my G80SD, so I guess it has nothing to do with Samsung). I want to do it manually but I don't know how often I should do it. Other people say that the monitor does it automatically but how can it do that automatically when there is already an extra option for doing it automatically, which I didn't even activated? In my logic the monitor doesn't do it automatically right now. Anyways, is there a definitive answer? How often should I do the pixel refresh?
