Is it durable to take 6040 and 6414 together while working

It will be my first official semester at GT but I did 6501 via micro, will take mgt 6203 this summer. I am working full-time and planning to take 2 courses this fall.

6040 is a must for me but I am tempting to take 6414. I really like the regression topic in 6501 and want to have deep understanding. I read several comments regarding quality video of 6414 and how they dont like the Prof. and etc.

Is there any advice on how I can prepare for this course? Any comment and tips on how to take 2 courses at once while working is appreciated.
