Ironman looking for help

Hello hive mind! I've had an ironman account that I've played for a few years, I pick it up now and again to keep myself active. I'm not great and I don't spend long as I have kids so I have little downtime.

I just got a membership as my steam account had some credit in it so I picked up a year subscription super cheap.

How do I make money and get better equipment as an ironman who has no lvls in any member stats? Where do I start?
