Is the meta quest 3 worth it?

Hey guys,

I wanted to buy a Meta Quest 3 (for Sim Racing and for games on the Meta Quest). I am not in a rush and I want to save as much money as possible. The 512 GB variant costs 489,49 € right now. Should I buy it or do you think I can wait. It also comes with Arkham Shadows.
