I am falling for a younger guy

I am 31F, i meet a guy in a dating appwho is 24M. We talk casually and we shifted to WA. The problem is I started liking him.he is rea nice and I talked to him openly about our age difference and all. He said age is not a issue. But we talk very less because of the work hours.

I don't know how to approach him or tell him that I really like him. Please suggest. I don't know how to express my feelings as I am very introvert.
