1.20.1 NOT pre6?

I run a server with friends, and I love using Optifine, but I can't use it while running Spigot for the server because it's running 1.20.1 not the pre6 version, and I can't run it on that version unless I want to lose my plugins lol. Help?:) Thanks so much.
