Would Selena Gomez be the first Billionaire nominee?

Ok I did some googling to fact check and yes Oprah was a nominated producer for Selma (2015) and she became a billionaire in 2003. However, is there anyone else? I'm only talking about people who were billionaires at the time they received nominations (so George Lucas was not a billionaire until much later in his career after his nominations) I'm especially interested in non-producer categories
