I sincerely think that if Aqua is really dead, Ruby will commit suicide too, because the pain will be much too hard for her to bear. Why? Because already when she learns of Goro’s death, she completely drifts and literally changes her personality in « I’m going to kill you » mode so if she was like that just thinking about « who killed Goro » and that finally she finds her doctor and that in ADDITION TO THAT he still dies, I really think she will commit suicide.
