should i stop even though i just started?

hi, last week i took my first 0.25 mg of ozempic and it went horribly, i couldnt eat for four days, i puked eveything and had horrible diarrhea, im seriously contemplaiting not taking another dose, cause i couldnt go to work or uni with how bad side effects were

was it that bad for anyone else at the start?
