Orgasms bringing on period & cramps

I have had issues with my period for probably 10 years. I will have a period with consistent bleeding for months at a time (longest was 7 months), and then go months without a period (longest was a year). Within the past couple of months, I had a period that was lasting around 2 months. It finally stopped, but then after an orgasm about a week later, I started bleeding again. I have noticed that it will go for a couple days, start to slow down to stop, and then start back up again if I have another orgasm. A low persistent cramp after, that will last for hours, have begun as well. I’m working on getting in to see my gyno, but has anyone else had this experience?
