Help with how to study for the exam?

Hey everyone I'm planning to give plab 1 in November for UKFPO so I only have one chance to pass

From what I have found on my search in this subreddit is that plabable is all you need and you may supplement it with medrevisions or plabkeys right?

My question is how do I start studying, do I read the notes first and then do questions or do i start immediately with solving the Q banks

Please if you can provide me with a proper study plan that worked for you I'll be grateful
