POTS & low platelets?

Hey yall, so yesterday I went to an urgent care because I had blood blisters in my mouth, I had red dots all over my body, and I had a papercut on my finger that wouldn't stop bleeding.

Long story short, my platelet level was at 3. Just 3. I've been given four bags of platelets and it's not going back up to a normal level. What happened was the Bactrim I took caused my platelets level to drop, but it was probably low already for it to get down to 3. Since I've been at the hospital, the highest it's been is 14.

Has anyone experienced anything similar to what I'm experiencing? What helped yalls platelets get back up to a normal level?
