Tinnitus

Hi there I’ve had moderate tinnitus for 10 days in a row, it had never happened to me for so long, it was usually for periods of 1 hour or a little longer, but this has already become annoying. Have you been through something like this? How do you deal with that?

It should be noted that I am well hydrated and that I have a good salt intake
