PSLF Help Form No Longer Apple Friendly

Yes, I'm aware of the pause on processing PSLF forms, but wanted to get in the queue anyway since I just hit 120 months.

I tried to submit an employer recertification via the Help Form as usual but hit a snag progressing past the Personal Information page. I got on live chat with a tech support agent and learned the current version of "studentaid.gov does not respond well to MacBook, iPhone, iPad or Microsoft Edge." That covers all of my devices so I asked what my options were. Her advice was to visit a local library or community college to access a PC. I asked when this issue would be resolved and she said "I highly doubt it will be resolved anytime soon."

Curious if anyone else has run into this issue or been successful. I imagine it's only going to exacerbate the huge backlog and long support wait times when they end the pause next month.
