IDR ANNIVERSARY/RECERTIFY DATE for SAVE PLAN

Hi everyone, I just recently noticed that my IDR Anniversary date for the SAVE plan has changed from 8/28/2024 to 8/28/2025. Does that mean I don't have to recertify my income until 2025? My aid is through studentaid.gov only and am a little confused by the recent announcement of the deadline extension. Thank you so much for your help!
