MOHELA and IDR application

I believe I saw posts over the last several weeks that MOHELA has started processing applications to switch off of SAVE to other IDR plans, like IBR. I submitted mine in November and have not heard anyone.

Anyone recently successful in getting MOHELA to process your application to get off of SAVE and to give you the 60 day processing forbearance? If so, what did you do?
