House GOP hunt for budget savings *could* influence admin student loan policy the immediate post 1/20 world.
Again, PSLF is in law and shouldn't be immediate/radically changed post 1/20...but we all know an new administration can just "be slow" or make things more complicated. But it seems like because they are so focused on trying to pay for their tax cuts, they may have to do some weird budget tricks that could delay any administration student loan funny business at least until the late Spring 2025.
