Employer Certification is Being Rejected
Hi all,
I work for a fire department in a small township. When I look it up, it wasn’t in the PSLF employer database like my other bigger city departments. So I tried to enter it manually. The first time I submitted I made the mistake of not submitting any supporting documents because I hadn’t gotten my w2 yet. So it was rejected.
I tried to resubmit it along with a picture of my W2 but I don’t even see that second submission on my account page period. Anyone know how to best manually enter an employer and what supporting documents they like most? I’m desperate because without it, I have 4 or 5 months of qualifying payment that are useless without those hours because I’m working multiple part time jobs.
