This game needs a better monetization method

I think the prices for pets and costumes is way to high. 20-30$ for one single outfit or one new location for your homestead is crazy. I get the devs need to make money but there should be better ways to do so. We should be able to earn currency maybe, even if it’s very small amounts? Like in Disney dreamlight, there’s a starpath (battlepass) that comes out every so often and it costs premium currency. There are many premium items too, but they let us earn premium currency by just playing. I’m sure they still make tons of money. I don’t know, Palia is amazing but spending money in this game feels so unsatisfying.
