whats the scariest paranormal activity you've ever expirienced?

i'll start: a few months ago, i saw a shadow figure in the corner of my room and all of the sudden, the book i was reading at the time fell off my bed, while i wasnt even near it. its not that crazy, i know, but its the scariest I've expirienced so far.
