How to get new Shining Soul skin codes
I am from China, this skins come from the codes, each colab card pack contains 1 code. If you guys want those code, there are some ways:
Search on Chinese social media, find party animals players then ask:
If they can give you for free;
Trade with them;
Purchase the card packs together with them, let them keep the cards and you got the codes.
Of course you could meet some scammers, take your own risk.
Another option is you can buy card packs from offical store and shift them to your country(by yourself or via your Chinese friends), as far as I know, some people went this way.
Last but most important, these skins aren't region exclusive, just little bit harder to get outside China, don't need to complain about it. In Chinese server we can't redeem the twitch shins such as purple poker Bob even we can buy the codes from foreign friends. That's true region exclsive TAT.
